I went to Five Star Car Wash this morning to see if I can get my Jeep cleaned up from the snow and salt last week. There was about 6-7 vehicles in front of me but the wait wasn't long at all. I was greeted by a friendly employee who asked which service I wanted. I think there's 4 choices. I was interested in the silver option ($12) which cleans the under carriage and has a tire shine. I ended up signing up for the monthly silver package which is $29.99 a month. I'm very impressed with the results I got from this car wash. The only reason why I didn't give this review a 5 star rating was because the 2 employees at the end didn't wipe the body of my jeep. They only wiped the windows and the windshield. The temperature is low 20's and the water droplets froze on the body of my jeep. Not a big deal but just wanted to give my honest opinion. Thanks Five Star Car Wash!

USE THIS PLACE AT YOUR OWN RISK! have a SUV. While getting it wash through the car wash, I heard a small crash. The brushes ripped my brake lamps off the top of my truck. When I told the manager, he had the NERVE to accuse me of it already being broke AND that I must have had it taped!!! I finally got the owner number and of course ...he didn't return my call.

I stopped at Five Star Car Wash one afternoon on my way home from work - new business, figure I would check them out. The beginning of the process is somewhat normal, attendant meeting me near the entrance of the wash - I selected the Platinum Wash, assuming I bought the best - I expected the best. Onward I I go through the wash - it was all good, seemed to do a decent job of getting my car clean. Now I exit the wash and proceed to the side of the building where I thought my car would be dried - NOT - seems they I only employ two workers - 1 for tires and 1 to dry the car, the car drying guy comes to the window - taps on it - tells me he can not dry my car because he just cut his finger (he shows me - looks very superficial), tire guy does not step up, instead walks away to another car. WTH! I did not have time to deal the nonsense - needless to say, a rip off!
I WILL NOT GO BACK!
CleanWave in Waldorf is much much better - at about the same costs.

3. The young boys wiping the remaining water off my car: Terrible!
I mean, I was the first, and only car there. Why are you rushing? They barely wiped my car down, and they didn't even put the tire shine on, that I payed extra for. Lazy in my opinion.
I only live 3 minutes away from this car wash. I had a negative experience prior to this one, figured I'll give them another chance, but they disappointed me again. It's unfortunate, but I refuse to give Five Star Car Wash my hard earned money for horrible service in return. -

I have an SUV and this car wash is terrible. The wash isn't good and they half way wipe it down. The workers are ghetto and rude to the customers- cursing and yelling. You should take your business elsewhere!
